Our history dates back to 1981, when the plants in Kęty and Wadowice were established, which started the production of e.g. pots, candlesticks, small equipment and parts for household appliances, bicycles and the production of candles. Three years later we initiated cooperation with automotive industry. In 1984 the company started deliveries to the Fabryka Samochodów Małolitrażowych in Bielsko-Biała and Tychy (currently Stellantis). This cooperation continues to this day.
Production for automotive market has significantly contributed to the modernization of our production technology and implementation of more complex and quality-demanding products. The experience gained during the production of automotive segment products was used to increase the assortment of more and more advanced and developing products for household appliances and electrotechnical devices.
Currently METCHEM is a modern injection molding plant with over 40 machines with the necessary infrastructure, employing 190 employees whose qualifications and commitment are constantly improving. The facility with an area of 14,000 m2 ensures the highest production and storage standards.
We sell our products to 27 countries located on 5 continents.

We have been certified according to the IATF 16949 standard (formerly ISO/TS) continuously since 2003. The system implemented in our company gives the Customer a guarantee of maintaining the highest quality standards required by the automotive industry.
The intention of our company’s environmental policy is that in all activities aimed at efficient and comfortable service for our Customers, we should have as small as possible negative impact on the elements of the environment in which we operate. To meet this aim we rely on the principles of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, which we implemented in 2013.
In our daily work, we apply the principles of the internal Code of Ethics, which is a model of conduct for us in relation to our Colleagues, Superiors, as well as Business Partners and Non-Business Organizations.
From the beginning of our activity, the values of Corporate Social Responsibility have been very important to us. In our activities, we always take into account social interests, environmental aspects and relations with various stakeholder groups, in particular with employees. We engage in social activities by supporting culture, sports, science and education, e.g. we are a proud partner of the Campus Bemke Foundation.
