We have our own tooling base to effectively and efficiently service and repair injection molds and tooling.
The tool shop is equipped with machines for machining (lathes, milling machines, grinders, electro-erosion machine) and a laser welder.
We also cooperate with local tool rooms, reducing repair time and eliminating possible downtime caused by failures.
For each injection mold we run a tool card in which we have information about the status of the form, the number of cycles performed, inspections, interventions and failures performed.
