The current machine park consists of modern, fully automatic computer-controlled injection molding machines guaranteeing repeatability of injection and thus high quality of products. Older machines are exchanged for the latest generation of machines. Production resources are successively supplemented with new machines and devices.
In order to optimize production efficiency, its repeatability and quality, a method of robotization of processes is used (manipulators, robots, POKA YOKE systems, etc ...)
We currently have 40 injection molding machines with clamping force from 500 to 11,000 kN with the possibility of injection up to 4500 ccm, including one two-component machine.
We use EU funding for investment purchases.
